About the Role:
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be a vital part of our marketing team, responsible for creating engaging email content and executing targeted email campaigns. You will manage the entire email marketing process, from building templates to analyzing performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and retention.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant email content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including building and testing email templates, managing distribution lists, and scheduling sends.
- Help segment the email database based on audience preferences, demographics, and behavior to deliver targeted messages.
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and design elements to optimize email performance and enhance open and click-through rates.
- Analyze email campaign metrics and provide insights to improve future campaigns, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and ROI.
- Ensure the accuracy and hygiene of the email database, performing regular data cleansing and list segmentation.
- Stay updated with email marketing best practices and ensure compliance with relevant email regulations and data protection laws.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for improving the customer experience.
- Support implementation and maintenance of email automation workflows, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of email campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on email campaign performance and present findings to the team, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to maximize customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Execute send-outs of newsletters, SMS, and other communication channels in alignment with brand and product-specific roadmaps.
- Working with CMS and other landing page builder platforms to set up site campaigns on desktop and mobile across brands.
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality output across all tasks.
- Manage data segmentation/customization for targeted and personalized campaigns.
- Maintain all data and update management systems for various campaigns.
- Manage IP/domain reputation and handle unsubscribes/opt-outs effectively.
Skills:
- Proficient in email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to analyze email metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and content creation tools like Canva

Your Background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing or related digital marketing roles.
