About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Lead Technical Business Analysts, who will be responsible for bridging business and IT Gaps by analysing requirements, identifying solutions, and defining project scopes. They shall gather and document technical specifications, facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Their role aims to optimize processes and drive effective IT solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a knack for simplifying complex tasks. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our design systems, ensuring a seamless user experience across all web projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyse and evaluate business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend technical solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including use cases, user stories, and data models!
  • Create process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize and improve business processes.
  • Create detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs that serve as a foundation for development!
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and project plans.
  • Assist in the development of test plans and participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate that technical solutions meet business requirements.
  • Review and validate technical deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with business users to define UAT test plans and test cases, Assist in UAT execution, issue tracking, and resolution.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during and after project implementation.
  • Support change management efforts by assisting in the development of training materials and conducting user training sessions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project requirements and scope changes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills & Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field 
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies (e.g., requirements management tools, data modelling tools).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
