About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and talented No-Code Website Developer (Webflow) who excels in problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and visual design. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating user-friendly, accessible, and visually In this role, you will collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver top-notch web solutions. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a knack for simplifying complex tasks. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our design systems, ensuring a seamless user experience across all web projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain websites using Webflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement design patterns that scale across multiple projects.
• Maintain and update design systems, documentation, and component libraries.
• Establish design standards and principles for scalability, efficiency, and consistency.
• Evaluate and improve website usability and accessibility, always advocating for the user.
• Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize usage scenarios.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and screen flows to visualize design concepts.
• Develop functional prototypes to validate interaction models.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to drive a shared vision and execution of project plans.
• Deliver a comprehensive UX vision and an iterative plan to realize this vision over time.

Skills:

• Proven experience with Web flow and other no-code tools.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and scalable design systems.
• Proficiency in rapid design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and loosely structured organization. 

Your Background:

• Degree in web design, visual design, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in web development using no-code platforms, particularly Webflow.
• Demonstrable expertise in Webflow and other design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban).
• A portfolio showcasing web design and development projects, highlighting your ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
