About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Oracle EBusiness Applications and Oracle Cloud Fusion applications along with excellent technical skills supplemented by functional knowledge. The ideal candidate should possess technical solution architecting abilities along with leadership abilities to manage a team of techno-functional consultants.
What You’ll Do
- Work in Oracle Technologies like OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports,OIC
- Work in Integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Service, REST APIs
- Expert in developing Inbounds and Outbound Integrations
- Experience working on the AIM Documentation writing Technical Specs, Test Script SIT UAT Code Review and Deployment and SDLC Change Management process
- Experience in application and SQL performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing Oracle Fusion projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion technologies, including Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle ADF, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle OIC
- Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Fusion applications, including modules such as Financials, SCM, and CRM.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle Fusion Middleware, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient technical solutions to complex business challenges.
Skills & Background
- BE/BTech/MTech in computer science/Information Technology, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc in computer science.
- 12-15 Years of overall Oracle ERP experience in ERP Implementation projects/ Upgrade projects/ Migration Projects/ Support and Maintenance projects/ Customizations and Development Projects
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading/managing ERP Projects as a Project Manager
- Must be able to architect, design and propose technical solutions for customizations and extensions in Oracle EBS/Cloud Fusion Applications
- Proven working experience in project management
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Excellent client-facing and client communication skills
- Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Lead and manage project status meetings with project teams as well as actively holding follow-up meetings with individuals, as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Create, maintain and organize project related documentation
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
