About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Cloud and Devops Engineer, who will be managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, ensuring scalability and security, and collaborate with teams to optimize software delivery. They shall implement best practices in cloud computing, CI/CD, and infrastructure management to support efficient and reliable application operations in modern IT environments. In this role, you will collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver top-notch solutions. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a knack for simplifying complex tasks. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our design systems, ensuring a seamless user experience across all projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment processes. 
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Manage and monitor cloud-based infrastructure on AWS/Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. 
• Implement best practices for security, including access control, encryption, and compliance standards.
• Utilize configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) to automate server provisioning and configuration.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Integrate code scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines for automated security checks and vulnerability assessments.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and automation technologies. Provide guidance and training to QA team members on test automation best practices.

Skills & Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 + years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
• Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS or Azure) and familiarity with cloud services.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of security principles and best practices for infrastructure and application security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
